Cleaning with Chemicals (Acids and Bases)

  • Balanced equations for chemicals to assure removal of pollutants without harming the part
  • Option of dedicated baths for cleaning in order to prevent cross contamination

Cleaning with Solvents
  • Wide range of solvents for cleaning
  • Degreasers for parts with various materials

Sand Blasting
  • Transfer of measured amount of grains to prevent harming the part
  • Option for processing sensitive parts in dedicated chambers
  • Surface tests on the parts
  • Additional protection of sensitive areas per customer definition

Dry Ice Cleaning
  • Final parts clean to reduce the level of particles and pollutants on the surface

Ultra Sonic Cleaning
  • Process is performed in stainless steel, ultra-sonic baths according to specification: 5,000 watt, 40KHz, DI water, class 100 clean room

Final Rinse
  • Parts undergo a final rinse in DI water – controlled at a resistivity level of 18 mega-ohm



Final Oven Dry
  • Special ovens with a HEPA filter are used to dry parts at very high temperatures – up to 1200oC

Packaging
  • According to customer specification – clean double pack, vacuum, or nitrogen in clean room

Particle Level Control
  • Daily particle checks in the clean room
  • Visual check by means of ultra-violet light (black light)
