Ultra Sonic Cleaning
- Process is performed in stainless steel, ultra-sonic baths according to specification: 5,000 watt, 40KHz, DI water, class 100 clean room
Final Rinse
- Parts undergo a final rinse in DI water – controlled at a resistivity level of 18 mega-ohm
